Hi, I am Laura, an occupational therapist, and a homeschooling mom of three. I am passionate about making the world a better place, one person at a time. My goal is to blog about OT to help others learn what OT is, find out why they may need it, and to educate people on easy ways they can improve their lives and the lives of the ones they love. I have worked in both geriatric and pediatric settings, and my seven years of homeschooling has taught me more than words can say about working with children. As an OT, I find that I am a stickler for learning handwriting, having good fine motor skills, doing hand work, and trying to make my children into well rounded humans. It isn't always easy.
